The Aronow Theater was originally constructed in 1976.  Heritage Architecture was retained to perform extensive improvements that will transform the Theater into a state-of-the-art venue for the College and surrounding neighborhood of Harlem.  As part of the initial work, the Heritage Architecture team assessed the conditions of the Theater and its systems.  Heritage Architecture oversaw the geotechnical engineer investigations that led to recommendations for remediation of ground water seepage at the lowest level of the seating area in front of the stage.  From this report, Heritage Architecture developed an early stage estimate as part of our initial submission. Recommendations were provided to upgrade the Stage, Control Room, House, Lobby, and Dressing Rooms.
