Associate Principal

Mr. Zmuda brings his technical experiences as a Registered Architect with strong institutional, commercial, multi-family and municipal architecture experience. His strength is with his leadership in coordinating a multi-disciplinary design team. His effective project management skills provide focused interactions with clients, sub-consultants as well as supervising our project managers and junior staff on a daily basis. His diligent Production and Quality Control skills, range from peer review of our office team, quality control of the Construction Documents, prior to submission to bid, and high level coordination of information and detailing. He implements multiple agency standards including the NYCSCA, NJSDA, the City of Newark, Newark Housing Authority, and FEMA.
