At part of a multiphase investigation to improve the building envelope of PS 63Q, Heritage Architecture produced a complete Scope Report which included roofing alternations, masonry improvements and flood elimination.  Full documented drawings were produced and non-destructive testing and cores analyzed. These findings were provided with recommendation and a detailed cost estimate. Heritage Architecture provided complete Construction Drawings and Specifications to improve the school’s building envelope. Full Construction Administrative Services are currently being provided to oversee that the project is successfully completed as designed.
