Mr. Kusakari is a Project Manager with seven years of experience working on affordable and high-end residential, academic, institutional, commercial, and office building projects for cities around the world, including New York, Tokyo, and Dubai. Much of his design experience has is focused on university buildings, performing arts complexes, urban planning, single and multi-family residential design, as well as health and fitness projects. As a project designer, he works closely with the Heritage Architecture Principals to successfully develop design concepts and to create presentations that communicate our design concepts to our Clients. Mr. Kusakariis the recipient of the Hayakawa Prize for his Master’s thesis project. This award is the highest given by Musashi Institute of Technology (MIT). He also was the Hayakawa Prize winner for his Perpendicular Complex: Media Community project at MIT.
