ADA Renovations

Heritage provided on-going services for Newark housing Authority including feasibility studies, unit assessment, scope verification, design, construction documents and construction administration services.

Part of an IDIQ contract, we responded to as needed task orders issued by the modernization department with the goal of providing renovation and alteration to the existing housing stockr to address health and safety deficiencies, update the units to meet HUD standards, and provide ADA and accessibility & section 504 code compliance.
