Heritage provided investigation and analysis to assess site and construction deficiencies, design a rehabilitation approach that will restore the development to current code and energy standards. Green design strategies were implemented using sustainable siding and roofing, masonry repair and retrofit, and green interiors. Sitework rehabilitation focused on ADA & accessibility compliance, playground safety and efficient site lighting strategies.
