We assess building conditions and prepare feasibility studies that meet HUD rehabilitation criteria. All cost estimates are supported by this assessment and help our clients to meet project scope and funding. We undertake the energy efficiency challenges of existing buildings by incorporating lighting improvements and design enhancements, along with efficient HVAC system.
Our solid project scope includes envelope upgrades, structural rehabilitation, ADA compliant design, kitchen casework upgrades, and green materials and finishes. We have been afforded the opportunity to work on multiple urban sites, providing feasibility studies, renovation design, and construction management services for rehabilitation or adaptive reuse. The dedicated responsiveness of our team has led to many successful completions.
